“Died” does not name the fault. The car may show an empty traction battery. It may show dark controls. Charge Pro does not diagnose a dead 12V as the usual cause. Use that year’s owner’s manual. Charge Pro SD can refer an independent operator. You pay them.
If the car is in a travel lane or another dangerous place, call 911. In metropolitan areas, other roadside requests can go through 511 by saying Roadside Assistance.
