What Charge Pro SD is

Charge Pro SD is a referral service. We connect drivers who need mobile EV roadside help with independent local operators. We do not perform the rescue ourselves, we do not own the vehicles or equipment used, and we hold no contractor licence. The operator you are connected with is an independent business, not our employee or agent.

Scope of service

The content on this site is informational. Cost information, rebate amounts, and recommendations reflect general conditions at the time of writing and may change. Charge Pro SD does not set or quote prices for roadside work. Any quote comes from the operator, and that quote, not this site, is the authoritative price. Nothing on this site is a contract or a guarantee of a specific price, arrival time, or outcome.

Service agreements

Any work performed on your vehicle is governed by your agreement with the independent operator, made directly between you and that operator. That agreement, not this site, sets price, warranty terms, cancellation policy, and payment terms. Charge Pro SD is not a party to it and provides no warranty on the work.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, written copy, images, branding, belongs to Charge Pro SD unless otherwise noted. You may read, share links to, and quote briefly with attribution. Please do not reproduce entire articles, images, or branded materials without permission.

Third-party links

We may link to third-party sites (rebate programs, manufacturer documentation, etc.). We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content.

Limitation of liability

Information on this site is provided as-is without warranty. Charge Pro SD connects you with an independent operator and is not responsible for that operator's work, pricing, timing, or conduct. Any claim arising from work performed on your vehicle is between you and the operator. For DIY advice on the blog, follow it at your own discretion and stop if anything feels unsafe.
