Why EV drivers call us

The only roadside rescue that actually charges your car.

When an EV runs out of charge, most roadside companies tow it to the nearest Supercharger — a 1 to 3 hour wait for a flatbed, plus a 20 minute ride, plus another 20 minutes charging once you get there. We come to you instead. Level 2 power straight into your charge port, on-site. Back on the road in under an hour.

  • Real dispatcher. No voicemail. Call the number, talk to someone who can route a rescue right now. 24/7, every day of the year.
  • Level 2 power delivered on-site. 240V charging at your location. Native NACS plug for Tesla, CCS adapter for everything else. Same rate as your home wall connector.
  • No flatbed. No tow. No loader scrape. We charge your car right where it sits. Freeway shoulder, parking garage, hotel driveway.
  • Flat dispatch fee, transparent pricing. $149 to roll, first 15 minutes of charge included. Added range $1.80 per mile. Quoted before we move.

All FAQs
What areas in San Diego County do you service?

Every city in the county — coastal (Encinitas, Carlsbad, La Jolla), inland (San Marcos, Escondido, Poway), East County (El Cajon, Alpine, Julian), South Bay (Chula Vista, National City), and mountain communities (Pine Valley, Mount Laguna, Borrego Springs). If you're in the county, we come to you.

How fast can you get to me?

Typical arrival is 25 to 60 minutes in urban San Diego (coastal cities, inland corridor, South Bay). East county and mountain dispatches take 75 to 90 minutes because the drive is longer. Dispatch is 24/7 — the phone is answered by an actual dispatcher, not a voicemail.

How do you actually charge my EV?

A rescue truck rolls to your location with a 240V / 9.6 kW Level 2 outlet mounted in the bed — the same power level as your home wall connector. We run a 50-foot NACS cable from the outlet straight into your car's charge port. Every Tesla plugs in direct. Non-Tesla EVs connect through a CCS adapter we carry.

How much charge will I get?

Enough to get you to safety. A standard 15 to 30 minute rescue adds 10 to 20 miles of range — enough to reach the nearest Supercharger or get you home. We don't top-off in the field because that would pin the truck out of service for hours. The goal is to get you moving.

What does a rescue cost?

Dispatch is $149 (includes the roll and the first 15 minutes of charge). After that, $1.80 per added mile of range. Most rescues run $149 to $225 total. After-hours (11pm–6am) adds a $50 surcharge. You'll get a quote over the phone before we roll.
