Tesla stuck? We send an operator to you.
If your Tesla is dead on the shoulder, in a parking garage, or at a friend's house with no outlet, call us and we'll connect you with a local rescue operator. They arrive with a 240V Level 2 source and the same NACS plug your Tesla uses every day, connect direct, and add 10 to 20 miles of range. Enough to reach the nearest Supercharger or home. No tow truck. No flatbed. No adapters.
What's included in this service?
- Match you with an operator who brings a 240V / 9.6 kW Level 2 source to your location
- Connect direct via NACS, the same plug your Tesla charges with daily, no adapter needed
- Add 10 to 20 miles of range in 15 to 30 minutes of connection, enough to reach a Supercharger
- Support Model 3, Model Y, Model S, Model X, and Cybertruck
- Charge port faults and PIN-to-drive lockouts troubleshot on site
- Coordinate tow dispatch if the vehicle has a mechanical failure that charge can’t resolve
- Work from shoulder, parking lot, home driveway, or office garage, any accessible spot
- Cover the freeway shoulder, the parking structure and the driveway alike
When do you need this service?

- AAA told you they can’t send a mobile charger
- You got a “limited power” warning and pulled over
What do EV drivers ask about Tesla Rescue?
How much charge do you actually give me?
Enough to get you to safety. A Level 2 connection at 9.6 kW adds roughly 30 miles of range per hour. A standard rescue runs 15 to 30 minutes, which adds 10 to 20 miles. That's enough to reach the nearest Supercharger or get you home. Nobody fully recharges a car in the field, that would take hours.
What’s the difference between you and Tesla Roadside Assistance?
Tesla’s program will tow you to the nearest Supercharger, sometimes after a long wait. The operators we connect you with charge the car where it sits, in 15 to 30 minutes of connection. Nobody lifts your car onto a flatbed. Nothing gets scraped on a loader. You stay with your vehicle the entire time.
Do you come to the freeway shoulder?
Yes. San Diego freeways, I-5, I-15, I-805, the 52, the 78, the 8, the 163, the network is covered. Call dispatch and give us the freeway, direction, and nearest exit or mile marker. Operators work the shoulder with reflective cones and a safety vest.
What if my charge port won’t open?
Common on cold nights or after a 12V drain. Operators carry a manual release cable and can open the charge port mechanically on most Tesla models. If the 12V is the root issue, that gets jumped first, then the traction battery gets charged.
Can you charge in a parking garage?
Yes, as long as the operator's vehicle fits under the clearance, and typical garage clearance is 7 feet. Tell us the garage when you call so it can be checked first. If it's too low, the job moves to the nearest accessible spot.
