Charge Pro does not diagnose a dead 12V as the usual cause and does not publish a Model 3, Y, S, and X jump map. Current Tesla Model Y books describe a lithium-ion low-voltage battery after the hood is open. Hood terminals unlatch only. Other models use that year’s Tesla owner’s manual. Tesla roadside is requested in the Tesla app. Out-of-range assistance may be available but is not financially covered.
Charge Pro SD can refer an independent operator. You pay them.
