Charge Pro does not publish an Ioniq coupler-release map. Use that year’s Hyundai owner’s manual. J1772 and J3400 (NACS) are shown for AC Level 2. A CCS vehicle inlet uses the J1772 portion for AC charging and adds two lower pins for DC fast charging. Connector compatibility still requires the exact vehicle and equipment. Do not yank a locked handle.
Charge Pro SD can refer an independent operator. You pay them.
