Charge Pro does not deliver a Charge Pro Level 2 charge to a Tesla in San Diego County. Charge Pro SD can refer an independent operator. You pay them. The operator confirms equipment, access, price, and timing.
Tesla roadside is requested in the Tesla app. Out-of-range assistance may be available but is not financially covered. Current Tesla Model Y books describe a lithium-ion low-voltage battery after the hood is open. Hood terminals unlatch only. Charge Pro does not diagnose a dead 12V as the usual cause.
Charging time depends on state of charge, battery capacity and type, the vehicle’s onboard charging capacity, equipment output, and electrical service.
