Tesla roadside is requested in the Tesla app. Out-of-range assistance may be available but is not financially covered. Current Tesla Model Y books describe a lithium-ion low-voltage battery after the hood is open. Hood terminals unlatch only. Model Y pages are not a Model 3 procedure.
