Current Tesla Model Y books describe a lithium-ion low-voltage battery after the hood is open. Hood terminals unlatch only. Charge Pro does not diagnose a dead 12V as the usual cause.
Charge Pro SD can refer an independent operator. You pay them. Charge Pro does not send a Charge Pro crew.
